Change Of Address

The Debtor agrees to keep the Chapter 13 Trustee and debtor’s attorney informed of the debtor’s address and telephone number. If at any time during the terms of the Chapter 13 case, a change is made, a Notice of Change of Address must be filed with the court immediately.
