Incurring Debt/Selling Property
The Trustees office can approve requests to incur debt that fall within the guidelines stated on the Debtor’s Request to Incur Debt form. Requests should only be for reasonable and necessary expenses.
Change Of Address
The Debtor agrees to keep the Chapter 13 Trustee and debtor’s attorney informed of the debtor’s address and telephone number. If at any time during the terms of the Chapter 13 case, a change is made, a Notice of Change of Address must be filed with the court immediately.
