Plan Payments

In cases filed on or after 12/1/2017, payments are due on the 20th day of the month after the order for relief under Chapter 13. Pursuant to Section 2.01 of the Chapter 13 Plan, payment must be RECEIVED by Trustee by the 20th. (See NDC 1-1).

Forms of Payment

The following are the only forms of payment accepted by the Trustee:

TFS – TFS provides an easy-to-use online payment option for monthly bankruptcy payments (See link above for sign up information)

Cashier’s Check– MUST be payable to “Martha G. Bronitsky, Chapter 13 Trustee”, include Case Number and debtor’s name, and mailed to Trustee’s Payment Address

Money Order – MUST be payable to “Martha G. Bronitsky, Chapter 13 Trustee”, include Case Number and debtor’s name, and mailed to Trustee’s Payment Address
